Our high speed internet plans vary by location. In many areas, we now offer speeds of up to 3000 Mbps (3.0 Gigabit Internet).
All plans include unlimited data and price guarantee when you sign up for a 2 year term.
At the moment, the only way to add additional information to invoices is to add the information to the workspace's name manually.
Plans are per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace, and still have any number of free workspaces.
TELUS ensures that every customer receives sufficient bandwidth to achieve close to their advertised speed, even during peak hours. If you’ve signed up for Internet 750 with an advertised speed of up to 750 Mbps, you will actually experience speeds of up to 750 Mbps day and night, including during the peak hours of 6pm to 11pm.
In contrast, cable internet providers often overload their shared connections. This means that during quiet times, you may experience the advertised speeds, but during busy times when you need a fast connection, real-life speeds will be much lower.
Even if you're not in a PureFibre area, you still benefit from more consistent speeds compared to what our competitors offer.

2 year term
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel within 30 days of installation. All fees – including monthly charges, installation fees (if any) and up to $100 in pay-per-view charges – will be waived. If you received a gift with purchase, you have 21 days to return it.
After 30 days, if you cancel your internet service, the fee will be $15 for each month (or partial month) remaining in your term.
For example, if you cancel at the end of month 18, there are still 6 months remaining in your term. So the cancellation fee will be 6 months x $15 = $90 (plus taxes).
No term
If you are not on a term agreement (or if you’ve completed it) you may cancel services any time without charge. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply.
